You will need to upload scanned copies of the following documents:

Here’s how to apply for your IEC online via DGFT: 

Go to https://www.dgft.gov.in and register your business. 

Use your DGFT credentials to access the dashboard. 

Fill the ANF-2A form with business details like PAN, address, GSTIN, bank info, etc. 

Upload important documents like PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Business Address Proof (as already informed above).

Use DSC or Aadhaar-based authentication. 

Pay the application fees online through the portal.

Once verified, the IEC will be issued digitally and sent via email. You can also download it from the portal.
