Visit EPFO Website 
Go to the EPFO website and click on “Establishment Registration”. 

 

Download User Manual 
From the Unified Shram Suvidha Portal (USSP), download the registration manual. 

 

Register on USSP 
Create an account using your mobile number and email ID. 

 

Log In & Start Application 
Use the credentials to access the dashboard and click “Apply for New Registration”. 

 

Fill Registration Form 
Enter establishment, business, and employee details. 

 

Upload Documents 
Submit scanned copies of all required documents. 

 

Attach Digital Signature (DSC) 
Upload the DSC of the authorised signatory to validate the form. 

 

Submit Application 
After review, submit the application. You’ll receive a PF Registration Number and Establishment Code upon approval. 

 

Start PF Contributions 
Begin monthly PF deposits through the EPFO portal.
